Indications d'application: Approved: IF, IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB (1 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: 2 μg/mg protein lysate. Use Protein G. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 2-4 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: HT29 cells and skin.
